Beachy head

A very windy day at Birling gap
and birds stayed on the east side
of Belle tout wood mostly chiffchaff's
no YBW today around 3 Ravens Sparrow hawk
30+ Redwing in off swallows & house martins to.

A early start leaving at 5.30am
to Wales going passed two crashes
on way arrived at 11.50am walking
the head land called the Deer park
started with 6 Chough on cliff edge
then working our way to the point
that all the Wheatear were feeding
at leased 4 Northern Wheatear &
the the Pale colour of the Isabelline
Wheatear sitting down made the birds
feed closer & over the cliff on the beach
seals an pups.

Cissbury ring & hope Gap

Started the day at Cissbury Ring
with loads of swallows & House Martins
going through an Meadow pipits and chiffchaff
around the area.
Then Jake called we headed to Hope Gap
as a Booted Warbler was found arrived at 12.15
didn't show for 30 mins then 3-4 second views
but stayed low most of the time Great to see
this rare birds.

Not a lot around
meadow pipits house martins swallows chaffinch
chiffchaff blackcap the Autumn Lady's-tresses still
their. A Devil's Coach-Horse crossing the path.
